Race day registration and packet pickup

All runners who wish to register the day of race should bring a copy of the entry form (pasted below the race cancellation) completed to make the process fast. Have exact cash or check while registering day of.

Prior to race day so as to expedite the registration process. Be sure to fill in the forms before you arrive at the start, otherwise you will be dealing with frozen fingers and wet paper in the dark, cold and rain likely to prevail on race morning.

Day-of-race registration and packet pick-up will be available at the start line of the marathon, or, in the event of snow, rain or wind, in the enclosed 'Wildlife Theater' located 100m inland of the south bathroom block, from 6:30 AM - 7:30 AM.

Race Cancellation

If significant amounts of snow or ice create highly hazardous road traffic conditions the race will be canceled. Notification will be posted on the race website in the event of cancellation. Cold, minor amounts of snow, windy and / or wet weather do not generally constitute reasons for race cancellation unless life-threatening. Please dress accordingly and use your own judgment in deciding whether to race in extreme weather conditions.
